For Buyers
How do I receive my purchase?
After a successful payment, you will be redirected to a success page with a download link. We also send an automated email with your receipt and permanent access to your downloads. You can always find your purchases in your "Orders" dashboard.
What payment methods are accepted?
We support a wide variety of payment methods including Mobile Money (M-Pesa, MTN, Airtel), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), and Bank Transfers.
What if the download link expires?
Standard download links are valid for 72 hours. If your link has expired, simply log in to your account and navigate to the "Orders" section to generate a fresh link at no extra cost.
For Sellers
How do I get paid?
Earnings from your sales are credited to your RapidStack balance. You can request a payout whenever your balance reaches the minimum threshold (default: KES 500). Payouts are processed to your linked bank account or mobile money wallet.
What are the fees?
RapidStack charges a flat commission of 10% on every sale. This covers payment processing fees, secure hosting, and platform maintenance. There are no monthly subscription fees or hidden costs.
Can I sell bundles of files?
Yes! When creating a product, you can select "Bundle" as the type. This allows you to combine multiple files or links into a single product offering.
