1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RapidStack ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of any updated terms.
2. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate our policies.
3. Seller Obligations
Sellers are solely responsible for the content, quality, and legality of the digital products they list. By listing a product, you represent that you own the necessary rights or licenses to sell such content. You agree not to list products that:
- Infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Contain malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Promote illegal activities or contain prohibited content.
- Mislead buyers about the functionality or contents of the product.
4. Payments and Fees
Payments are processed through our third-party payment providers (e.g., Flutterwave). RapidStack takes a commission on every successful sale, as detailed in our pricing policy. Sellers are responsible for any taxes or local levies applicable to their earnings. We reserve the right to hold funds if we suspect fraudulent activity or if a dispute is raised.
5. Refunds and Disputes
Due to the intangible nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final. However, we may issue refunds at our sole discretion in cases where a product is fundamentally broken, misrepresented, or if required by law. Buyers must raise disputes within 14 days of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including the RapidStack name, logo, and codebase, is the property of RapidStack or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Platform without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
RapidStack is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any products purchased through it.
